Who Can Use This
Youth must have an open dependency case, shelter care order, or be in extended foster care with the Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF); one of the tribal foster care systems within Washington state; or the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) program at the time of initial referral. Youth must also currently reside within Washington State.
